If an item arrive broken (mug) or faulty (t-shirt, etc). Please e-mail the image of the defects along with your order number. If our product is indeed a faulty product then we would send you a replacement free of charge.

Yeah! Just e-mail us and put “Customer Request” in the mail title so we can do the modification that you required. You can do a completey new design, a modified version of our design or any design that you want!
