Daenerys Targaryen Game Of Thrones Movie
Daenerys Targaryen is a fictional character in American author George R. R. Martin’s series of epic fantasy books A Song of Ice and Fire and its television adaptation Game of Thrones, in which English actress Emilia Clarke plays her. She is a key point of view character in the books. She is one of the most well-liked characters in the series, and The New York Times calls her one of the author’s best inventions. Daenerys Targaryen (together with her elder brother Viserys) is one of the last remaining members of House Targaryen, which had governed Westeros from the Iron Throne for almost 300 years until it was overthrown 14 years before the events of the first book. She went on to star in A Clash of Kings (1998) and A Storm of Swords (2000). (2000). Daenerys was one of a few major characters that were left out of 2005’s A Feast for Crows, but she reappeared in the sequel, A Dance with Dragons (2011).
Daenerys is a young adolescent living in exile in Essos when the narrative begins. Very, her tyrannical elder brother forces her to marry Dothraki horse lord Khal Drogo in exchange for an army for Viserys, who wants to return to Westeros and reclaim the Iron Throne. Daenerys becomes stronger, more confident, and brave as she adjusts to life with the Dothraki. After her brother’s assassination, she inherits the Targaryen dynasty and intends to retake the Iron Throne for herself, as it is her destiny. Daenerys loses her husband and kid while pregnant, although she soon assists in the hatching of three dragon eggs. The dragons provide her a tactical edge as well as a reputation. She also gathers an army of former slaves, with whom she conquers the towns of Yunkai, Astapor, and Meereen determined to put an end to slavery and injustice. Despite her strong moral compass, she may be brutal to her foes, especially slave owners. She establishes herself as a fearsome and unyielding tyrant.
Her transformation from hero to villain at the finale of the HBO series has sparked debate among reviewers and fans. Clarke was nominated for Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2013, 2015, and 2016, as well as Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series in 2019. She has also received several more nominations and awards for her performance.
