Cancellations and Order Adjustments

By making the purchase you acknowledge and agree that the goods are bespoke, and made specifically for you, they are custom-made goods and are produced only after customers purchase has been made and confirmed. Prior to customers’ purchase, no stock of the purchased goods exists.

The order can be cancel and make adjustments upon the first 24 hours of the original order. Because Drama Shirt is a print on demand company which shipped daily, once the item is shipped it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please take note that order placed using promo are not eligible from cancellation policy.

Refunds, Replace and Exchanges

Drama Shirt makes every effort to ensure that all of our items are made of high-quality materials and that they are delivered on time and precisely. Customer are protected under our Returns and Exchanges Policy  for a full 30 days after the purchase date. We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is damaged upon delivered.
  • The printing quality on the product is poor.
  • The product you received is different from the image represented on our site.

We do NOT accept refund and replace because of incorrect selection of sizes, colors, designs, etc. However, Drama Shirt will support our customers for replacing item, but you need to pay the extra shipping fee and handling fee (this fee vary per type of item such as T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, etc).

If the product is a different size/image from the ones you purchased on the website, or the measurements chart on the website is incorrect, we’ll gladly give you a refund or send you a free replacement. Furthurmore, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution since, as we previously stated, your happiness is our primary concern and our assurance.

Note: Kindly accept for a 20% difference in color between advertised pictures and the real product you received, since marketed images may change slightly in color from the actual item because of the lighting during photo shoots or the monitor’s display.

Most of the time, if there is an unpleasant issue, we just re-ship the item at our expense, which is really unusual, but you should be aware of it anyhow, so please don’t be concerned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Check your bank account again if you haven’t received a refund yet. Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account. The next step is to call your bank. There is frequently some processing time before a refund is issued. If you’ve done everything listed above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Promo and Discount

  • Prior, current, or ongoing orders are not eligible for discounts and promos.
  • Discounts are not convertible to cash.
  • Discount coupons cannot be combined with any other offers.


  • After 24 hours of purchase, orders can NOT be amended or canceled.
  • Prior, existing, or outstanding orders are not eligible for the discount or promo.
  • Order cannot be changed or cancelled once the item is shipped.
  • Our Return and Exchanges Policy applies for 30 days period after you’ve placed your order.
  • Errors made by customer when placing orders: incorrection of size, design or color and missed parcel deliveries are not eligible for refunds. E-mail us so we’ll find a solution together to make it right for you.
