Why are you obligated to see Toy Story Mr Mrs Potato Head ?
Mrs. Potato Head is a supporting character in the Toy Story franchise. She is the female counterpart to Mr. Potato Head based on the famous toy from Playskool.
Her name is chanted by Mr. Potato Head for Andy as a birthday gift. Mr. Potato Head is thrilled when the Green Army Men finally affirm that she is a toy for Molly at the conclusion of the film.
First featured in the sequel, Mrs. Potato Head is introduced when her male counterpart and husband discovers her missing earring. When her spouse kisses her on the side in a fun manner, she chuckles ticklishly. Mrs. Potato Head packs her husband with an extra pair of shoes and his furious eyes as he plots a rescue attempt to bring Woody back home. On top of all of that, she cautions Buzz about conversing with any unfamiliar or foreign toys. Much to her husband’s chagrin, she chooses to adopt three Aliens whose lives he rescued while on the expedition. When Wheezy finishes singing “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” she and Mr. Potato Head may be seen standing together.
Her right eye is gone, but she is able to use it to see inside Andy’s room, which helps the toys figure out whether or not their owner is looking for them or packing. Ultimately, she helps other toys recognize that Woody has been honest with them about Andy after they had first resisted him. When Lotso and his cronies kidnap the toys, Mrs. Potato Head is forced to be separated from her husband, who is being held captive in a sandbox. Mrs. Potato Head receives a signal from Mr. Potato Head (now using a tortilla for his body), who uses a bike’s mirror to direct the moonbeam into the Caterpillar Room, to open the locked door with a key (retrieved from the office by Woody and Slinky), and she, along with Jessie, Bullseye, and the Aliens, get a head start as they head for the playground equipment the next night. To tell Jessie and Buzz Lightyear, who had been reprogrammed to speak Spanish, something is after them once they’ve caught up with the rest of the toys (except Mr. Potato Head). When Mr. Cucumber Head returns with his potato body, Mrs. Potato Head immediately identifies him as Mr. Cucumber Head (parts of Mr. Potato Head utilizing a cucumber for his body).
