The Golden Girls

The Golden Girls is an American comedy produced by Susan Harris that ran on NBC from September 14, 1985, to May 9, 1992, covering seven seasons and 180 half-hour episodes. The sitcom is about four elderly ladies who share a house in Miami, Florida, and stars Bea Arthur, Betty White, Rue McClanahan, and Estelle Getty in an ensemble cast. Witt/Thomas/Harris Productions collaborated with Touchstone Television to make the film. The initial executive producers were Paul Junger Witt, Tony Thomas, and Harris.
