Lone Starr and Barf are flying aboard the Eagle 5 when they get a phone call from Pizza the Hutt demanding 1,000,000 spacebucks. Vinnie, his subordinate, was also there to demand the spacebucks. Soon later, King Roland of Planet Druidia requests Lone Starr’s assistance in rescuing his daughter, Princess Vespa, from Dark Helmet. Lone Starr and Barf agree in return for one million spacebucks.

After rescuing Vespa and Druidia, Lone Starr and Barf learn that Pizza the Hutt ate himself to death while confined, which means they no longer owe him any money. However, after returning Vespa to King Roland, Lone Starr declines the 1,000,000 spacebucks as a token of his love for her.
