Three on a Meathook
William Girdler wrote and directed the 1972 horror film Three on a Meathook, which starred Charles Kissinger, James Pickett, and Sherry Steiner. The plot is partly based on the atrocities of Ed Gein.
When four ladies embark on a weekend excursion to a lake, they begin to have automobile issues on the way home and encounter Billy Townsend, a local young guy who brings them back to his farm where he lives with his father Frank. Later, Frank starts murdering three of the girls and attempts to blame them on his son by persuading him that he is responsible for their murders and is mad.
