Nope. Andy Ashby was the first to achieve it in 1991. The second occurred just a year ago. Juan Perez, who threw five innings overall last year, made one of them count. He struck out three Braves on nine pitches in the 10th inning of a game against them. The Phillies scored a run in the bottom of the tenth to give Perez the victory. It was the first triumph of his career.
