Christopher Robin’s stuffed donkey, Eeyore, is a glum old man who always looks on the negative side of life. His debut was in the Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree theatrical short that was released by Disney in 1966.
Eeyore does not experience joy very often, and even when he does, he maintains his cynical and sarcastic demeanor. Surprisingly, it seems that he takes pleasure in being pessimistic to a certain level and considers it to be the core of his entire existence.
