Return to Halloweentown is the fourth and final film in the Halloweentown series, and it debuted on the Disney Channel on October 20, 2006. Marnie Piper (Sara Paxton, who replaces Kimberly J. Brown) attends Witch University in Halloweentown, where sinister powers attempt to control her magic.

This is the only Halloweentown picture in which Kimberly J. Brown does not return her role as Marnie, however, Joey Zimmerman, Debbie Reynolds, Judith Hoag, and Lucas Grabeel do. Sophie Piper, who was portrayed by Emily Roeske in the prior movie, is referenced but not seen. This film also represents the fourth edition of the inaugural Disney Channel Original Movie series. The premiere was seen by 7.5 million people. On August 28, 2007, the DVD was released.
