Brundlefly, or Sethaniel “Seth” Brundle, is the title primary antagonist of David Cronenberg’s 1986 adaptation of The Fly.

He was played by Jeff Goldblum, who previously played the Grandmaster in Thor: Ragnarok, Calvin “Slick” Stanhope in Silverado, Verminous Skumm in Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Long Eared Jack in Robbie the Red Nosed Reindeer, and Niagara / The Wolf King in Hotel Artemis. Daniel Okulitch also performed Brundle in Howard Shore’s 2008 opera The Fly, which premiered at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris.
