“Sully When I Promise To Kill You Last I Lied”
Sully is a member of Bennett’s mercenary gang, who is attempting to compel John Matrix to assist the expelled former president of Val Verdes, Arius, in regaining power. Sully witnesses Matrix and Henriques leave the airport, where he later murders him, and jumps out of the aircraft before it takes off. Matrix stalks Sully out of the airport, through a mall, and ultimately catches up to him on a hillside road with the aid of a lady called Cindy.
Matrix overturns Sully’s vehicle and grabs his leg, threatening to throw him down the cliff if he doesn’t reveal where his daughter Jenny has been taken. Matrix grabs a key from Sully and follows it to the Sunspot Motel, where Sully will meet with Cooke. Matrix then says he lied and refuses to drop Sully. Sully cries in terror as he falls to his death.
John Matrix: Remember, Sully, when I promised to kill you last?
Sully: That’s right, Matrix. You did.
John Matrix: I lied.
