What about Disneyland Est 1995
Disneyland debuted in 1955 in Anaheim, California. It’s the only one Walt Disney oversaw personally.
Walt Disney’s daughters inspired him to construct Disneyland in the 1930s and 1940s. His initial goal was to build an amusement park near his Burbank studios, but the site was too small. Disney acquired a 160-acre tract in Anaheim in 1953 after employing Stanford Research Institute to do a feasability study. Walt chose creatives from within and outside the corporation to create the park. WED Enterprises was their company. Construction began in 1954, and ABC debuted the park on July 17, 1955.
Bear Country debuted in 1972, Mickey’s Toontown in 1993, and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in 2019.
Disney California Adventure Park debuted in 2001 on Disneyland’s parking lot.
726 million people have visited Disneyland since it opened (as of December 2018). In 2018, 18.6 million people visited the park, making it the world’s second most popular after Magic Kingdom. Disneyland Resort employs 20,000 Disney employees and 3,800 third-party workers (independent contractors or their employees). Disney launched “Project Stardust” in 2019 to enhance the park for more guests.
According to the FAA, Disneyland and Sleeping Beauty Castle are no-fly zones. Only Walt Disney World, other vital infrastructure (military bases, Pantex), and the President of the United States are allowed to fly in this zone.
