After getting sprayed in the face by a ceiling growth, Hopper lost consciousness and vomited black goo.
Mike, Lucas, and Dustin call the Upside Down Vale of Shadows. Eleven, who appears to know the Upside Down, flips their D&D board and puts Will’s and the Demogorgon’s pieces on top.
