Columbo Columbo Drama Movie
Columbo is an American crime drama television series starring Peter Falk as Columbo, a murder investigator of the Los Angeles Police Department. Following two pilot episodes in 1968 and 1971, the program initially aired on NBC from 1971 through 1978 as one of the rotating programs of The NBC Mystery Movie. Columbo then broadcast less regularly on ABC from 1989 through 2003.
Columbo is a clever but unattractive blue-collar homicide detective known for his rumpled beige overcoat, quiet manner, cigar, ancient Peugeot 403 automobile, and invisible wife (whom he mentions frequently). He frequently leaves a room only to return with the tagline “Just one more thing” to ask a key inquiry.
